Ignore Your Symptoms is a structured improvisation that explores the feeling of being infiltrated with unease. A sickness; a jealousy; something outside the self that finds its way in. What happens when we allow ourselves to fall into these conditions? What if we decide to stay? The sound has been created using sounds recorded from volcanoes, such as flowing magma and eruption.
