Class description: In Relation
In this class we will work on our relationships to ourselves, our spaces and each other. Through improvisation and set tasks we will gain trust with our partners and move through the room in harmony! We will go through various layers of focus within our bodies to produce different qualities. This class includes contact and partnering with other participants.
